We are hiring for the role of Senior Salesforce Developer As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of innovative and modern Salesforce solutions on an enterprise Salesforce Platform instance within eBay. You will be responsible for collaborating with development teams in Cambodia, the UK, and the United States to understand product features, and employ your extensive experience, technical expertise and out-of-the box thinking to develop innovative solutions and integrate systems to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with Salesforce Architects to understand business requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce Platform to drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce and Flows. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions. 2. Perform hands-on configuration, customization and development of the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and other declarative features, LWC and apex experience is a plus. 3. Work closely with Salesforce Architects in the United States to understand business requirements and with Salesforce development team in Cambodia to ensure that solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices and with a focus on scalability, maintainability, high performance and security. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders and Salesforce Architects to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 6. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency. **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record in enterprise environments. 3. Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud; CRM Analytics experience preferred. 4. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce integration tools. 5. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features. 6. Experience with CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce development. 7. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I); Salesforce Certified Application Architect is a plus. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
