Role & responsibilities Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs . Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems. Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and APIs . Experience with Salesforce integrations, AppExchange tools, and automation processes . Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.) are a plus. Ability to work independently and lead technical projects. Willing to attend clients call during late India evening.
