Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Resource with 8+ years of experience across Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and Sales Cloud processes. The candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of Account, Lead, Contact, and Opportunity Management, along with the ability to design scalable CRM solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud processes. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective CRM solutions. Enhance and manage Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity Management workflows. ¢ Configure and develop custom components including Flows, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce as needed. ¢ Build and refine lead assignment rules, conversion processes, and account hierarchies. ¢ Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware. ¢ Oversee data management, data migration, and ensure data quality across CRM. ¢ Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security model, and role hierarchy structures. ¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Service. ¢ Lead deployments using DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git) and support release cycles. ¢ Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of end-to-end Salesforce experience covering development, configuration, and integrations. ¢ Strong functional understanding of Sales Cloud: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities. ¢ Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and core configurations. ¢ Proven experience in Lead Management, Account Management, and CRM process optimization. ¢ Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.). ¢ Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchies. ¢ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ¢ Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Admin).
