Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend components,

  custom integrations

  APIs

  connecting Salesforce with

  headless CMS platforms

  (preferably Sanity) and other external systems.
• Build and maintain

  responsive, accessible, and high-performing Experience Cloud sites

  compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Enhance site functionality with

  personalization

  ,

  multilingual content

  , and

  SEO optimization

  features.
• Define and implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools such as Gearset, Bitbucket, or GitHub for automated, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
• Write

  clean, efficient, and well-documented code

  , conduct peer reviews, and follow Salesforce

  best practices and design patterns

  .
• Stay updated with the latest

  Salesforce platform features

  , Experience Cloud enhancements, and modern web technologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years

  of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in

  Experience (Community) Cloud

  .
• Proven experience integrating

  headless CMS platforms

  — Sanity preferred (experience with Contentful, Adobe, or WordPress is an advantage).
• Strong backend development experience in

  Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs

  , and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in

  front-end technologies

  (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LWC, React, Bootstrap, SLDS, Material Design).
• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD

  and

  Salesforce DevOps

  tools (Gearset or similar).
• Proficient with

  Git-based version control systems

  (GitHub, Bitbucket) including branching and merging strategies.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and tools like Jira.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

  certification required;

  Developer II

  and

  JavaScript Developer I

  preferred.
