Key Responsibilities

Salesforce analytics

Sales, Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing & Product dashboards

🔹 Analyse and model pipeline health, revenue performance, churn patterns, user adoption & customer behaviour

data-driven decision-making across the organisation

CRO, CMO, CPO, CFO and CEO level stakeholders

🔹 Develop datasets, reports and automation frameworks to reduce manual analytics effort

process gaps, automation opportunities and performance levers

high data accuracy, hygiene, governance and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of analytics experience

Salesforce CRM data model, objects, relationships & reporting

CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics / Tableau / Power BI / SQL / Python (any combination acceptable)

executive dashboards & business intelligence frameworks

CXOs, VPs, and global leadership stakeholders

Sales Ops, RevOps, Customer Success, Product, and Finance

ACV, ARR, churn, expansion, win-rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, and cohort modelling

Good to Have

💠 Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Admin, Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics, etc.)

Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud or Revenue Cloud

RevOps, FP&A, Management Consulting or Analyst roles in SaaS organisations
