Job Description

Lead functional and technical workshops with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements, deliverables and expectations. Lead Salesforce architecture design for sales, CPQ processes and instruct the solution framework to the salesforce development team ensuring best architectural practices. Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and artifacts. Experience working with cross functional teams such as Sales, Strategy and IT. Serve as a subject matter expert to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, provide data, and resolve problems around sales processes. Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization sessions, helping to prioritize user stories based on business needs, technical complexities and dependencies. Basic Qualifications Over 6 years of experience with Salesforce architecture with focus on salesforce flows and Sales processes. Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration (flows, custom objects, validations, metadata), reports dashboards and preferably apex, visualforce, Lightning web components. Salesforce certified application architect. Strong project management experience and organizational skills with a history of leading and delivering complex initiatives independently Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
