As a Sales Manager for a high-end residential scheme located in Shilaj, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Sales Strategy and Planning:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and drive revenue growth. - **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - **Performance Analysis:** Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategies. - **Forecasting and Reporting:** Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance goals, and detailed reports for senior management. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer support to align efforts and ensure successful outcomes.
