Job Description

You will be joining Boche Tea, a premium tea brand dedicated to providing quality and tradition in every cup. As a Senior Sales Officer, your role will involve managing sales operations in the assigned district, fostering relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the district. - Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. - Enhance product visibility and availability in general trade, modern trade, and institutional channels. - Identify new market opportunities and propose expansion plans. - Lead the implementation of trade marketing strategies and schemes at the grassroots level. - Manage stock effectively, ensure timely order booking, and coordinate dispatch efficiently. - Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, promotions, and product trends. - Monitor sales performance regularly, prepare sales reports, and forecasts. - Train and support distributor sales teams to boost product penetration. - Ensure adherence to company sales policies, pricing strategies, and credit limits. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food & beverage sector. - Previous experience in tea sales will be advantageous. - Demonstrated success in managing distributor networks and sales territories. - Sound understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
