Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the used car finance domain. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience in EMI Used Car Loan and Dealer Finance (Dealer Inventory Financing) , with a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked with Cars24, Spinny, or similar used car finance platforms . Key Responsibilities Drive and manage sales targets across consumer and dealer finance verticals. Build, nurture, and scale relationships with used car dealers and channel partners. Develop region-specific strategies to maximize loan disbursals and dealer engagement. Manage a team of sales executives, ensuring proper training, tracking, and performance management. Identify gaps in the market and suggest process and product improvements. Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursal. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in CF and DF. Candidates from Cars24, Spinny, or similar companies will be highly preferred. Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Skills: Strong dealer network and understanding of the used car market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and dashboards.
