LtdPosition: Sales Manager (Domestic and Exports)Company Sector: Garment Manufacturing CompanyJob location: Gurugram, HaryanaJob Type: Full-time | On-site (as per company’s policy) Education Qualification:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or International Business.· MBA in Sales/Marketing or Postgraduate Diploma in Apparel Merchandising/International Trade is preferred.· Certifications in digital marketing, export-import management, or textile merchandising are advantageous. Experience Required:5–8 years in garment/textile sales, including domestic and export markets Duties to be performed:· Develop sales channels and build client pipelines across B2B and retail sectors.· Establish and expand distribution network across key regions in India.· Identify potential buyers and distributors in target export markets.· Manage buyer communication, sampling, pricing, and order confirmations· Ensure compliance with export documentation, shipping terms, and international trade regulations.· Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.· Attend trade fairs, expos, and fashion events to generate new business.· Build networks & maintain a professional relationship with clients for repeat orders.· Hold weekly meeting leadership team to share the customer feedback and enhance better targeting of the customers. Required Skills· Solid knowledge of textile industry and the needs of the buyer.· Experience in working in both domestic and export sectors.· Ability to understand buyer’s requirement and convey to the design team· Competence in B2B marketing, digital platforms, and trade show marketing.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.· Excellent team player with flexibility to adapt in the start-up culture.· Understanding of consumer behaviour, branding, and competitive positioning. Software skills· Experience in CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic graphic/marketing tools is a plus. Additional Marketing Duties:· Provide inputs in the marketing strategy based on the product line· Supporting in company’s marketing communication activities both online & offline· Support in Planning and executing product line promotions, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising displays.· Collaborate with internal marketing/design teams to plan product launches and seasonal collections.· Support the development of digital marketing content, brochures, catalogues, and social media campaigns.· Coordinate promotional activities, including influencer partnerships, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach (especially for B2B clients).· Analyse customer and market insights to recommend pricing strategies and product mix.· Represent the brand at both domestic and international exhibitions and ensure cohesive brand visibility.· Monitor marketing ROI and propose adjustments for better alignment with sales targets.
