Job Description

Looking for an experienced sales manager to drive revenue growth in our graphite materials division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling graphite products to industrial clients in specialized industries like foundries, lubricant manufacturers, crucible companies, refractories, etc. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies targeting refractory manufacturers, lubricant companies, brake liner producers, crucible manufacturers, etc. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with extended sales cycles Travel extensively to client sites, industry events, and potential customer locations Provide technical consultation regarding graphite applications and solutions Deliver regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience specifically selling graphite products to industrial clients Demonstrated success closing complex deals with extended sales cycles Strong technical understanding of graphite properties and applications Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Bachelor's degree Qualities Self-motivated with a hunger for results Resilient through lengthy sales processes Effective communicator of technical product benefits Strategic thinker with ability to navigate complex organizational structures Independent problem-solver with minimal supervision needed Compensation package includes competitive base salary and an uncapped sales-based commission structure.
