We work hands-on in our own farms and collaborate closely with farmers across remote villages and rural belts of India. As we grow our range of products across retail and digital platforms, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager who can translate our brand ethos into growing sales and outreach. About the Role We’re seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Manager whose primary responsibility will be driving sales across all operating channels—retail, distribution, and influencer networks—while supporting the CEO-led marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring energy, passion, and a deep understanding of building sales ecosystems, working closely with interns and merchandising teams to grow visibility and market share. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Channel Development & Execution a. Identify and activate key retail outlets, society groups, and partner stores. b. Build incentive programs for influencers, channel partners, and society promoters. c. Design and implement trade-level offers to boost repeat sales. d. Appoint interns/field teams for retail merchandising. e. Track monthly sales performance, identify high-growth channels, and optimize efforts accordingly. f. Plan and execute Society Sales Programs including awareness drives, tastings, and ordering systems. g. Coordinate with field teams to maximize society-level reach and ensure repeat ordering cycles. 2. Marketing Support (20%) a. Support CEO-led marketing campaigns through field activation, product availability, and local retail tie-ups. b. Coordinate with interns for execution of point-of-sale materials, demo events, or sampling. c. Provide feedback on market response to assist in refining marketing strategy. 3. Customer Engagement & Rapport Building a. Establish strong personal rapport with channel influencers and key customers. b. Sustain engagement and loyalty through regular WhatsApp communication, social presence, and direct visits. 4. Intern Team Coordination a. Recruit, train, and deploy interns for merchandising, outlet checks, product visibility, and customer sampling. b. Maintain field reports and performance dashboards. 5. Cross-Support to Other Functions a. Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless order processing and stock availability. b. Support Marketing and Content team with real-time market inputs, testimonials, and channel feedback. 6. Digital Coordination & Sales Support a. Actively use WhatsApp to drive sales follow-ups, order-taking, and relationship building. b. Liaise with Social Media, Website, and Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with stock and fulfillment. c. Ensure online promotions and offline retail efforts are aligned for maximum impact. Our Expectation - 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, natural or organic food sectors. - Proven ability in building retail relationships, channel networks, and society-level activations. - Comfortable working with small teams, interns, and dynamic startup environments. - Energetic, persuasive communicator and results-oriented team player. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field. - Fluency in Excel, CRM/sales tracking tools, and field reporting dashboards. - Experience managing interns or on-ground promoters is a plus. - Passion for natural wellness products is a strong advantage.
