Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients in air, sea, and land freight segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to prepare competitive quotations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets and report performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales/business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of import/export operations, shipping documentation, and INCOTERMS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
