Senior Sales Manager - Fragrance & Flavour

You will be working as a Senior Sales Manager for Fragrances & Flavour at Sacheerome Limited, a renowned name in the fragrance and flavor industry. Your role will involve driving B2B sales in the fragrance and aroma chemicals sector, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and leading the regional sales team to exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and manage key accounts in the fragrance and aroma chemicals sector. - Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve revenue targets. - Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to develop effective sales strategies. - Build strong relationships with perfumers, R&D teams, and procurement heads in various industries. - Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings. - Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence for business planning. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in the Fragrance Chemicals industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or senior role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value customer accounts. - Strong industry network and understanding of fragrance trends, formulations, and applications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
