Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and enhance performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sale support.
• Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales and operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving business growth in a dynamic environment.
