About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in BFSI software sales, particularly in the lending domain. The ideal candidate will have a blend of banking and technology experience, a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, and the ability to drive new business opportunities within the Banking and NBFC segment. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business acquisition from mid-size and growing Banks/NBFCs. - Manage and expand 8-10 key accounts through strategic farming. - Develop and execute sales strategies for BFSI software solutions with a focus on the lending space. - Identify, engage, and close deals with potential clients. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Key Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in Banking domain + Technology sales. - Proven experience in BFSI software sales, preferably in the lending space. - Strong understanding of banking and financial services technology. - Experience in B2B or B2C sales within banking software or digital marketing. - Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
