Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Cross Identity, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building trusted relationships with CXOs and partners. Your responsibilities will include: - New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities using innovative approaches to drive sales growth. Focus on closing long-cycle, high-value opportunities. - Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise organizations, including CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams. - Channel & Partner Management: Collaborate with partner sales teams and distributors to expand market reach and build strong relationships. - Consultative Selling: Effectively present and position Cross Identity's IAM solutions to enterprise customers. - Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and execute lead-generating campaigns. - Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate revenue forecasting and sales reporting to support leadership in achieving quarterly and annual targets. - Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Cross Identity at industry events and conferences, embodying the company's brand and values. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in Cybersecurity products. - Enterprise Focus: Experience in selling to large enterprise clients. - Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Cybersecurity products. - Track Record: Proven success in closing high-value, short & long-cycle deals in a competitive market. - Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment with a passion for innovation.
