Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and a strong background in business development.

• Manage day-to-day office affairs, including handling walk-in clients and reaching out to new customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
• Capture insights from customer interactions and share them with the team.
• Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
• Train and lead a team of junior sales tele callers in sales and marketing activities.
• Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics.

• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi is required.
• Willingness to take initiative and empathy towards clients and the team.
• Self-driven, able to work under pressure, and possess problem-solving skills.
• Telephone etiquette and persuasion skills are essential.
• Active listening skills, with a flair for marketing and sales.
• Knowledge of various online matrimonial portals is needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets by acquiring new customers.
