Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team focused on driving revenue for BeFiSc's Bank Statement Analysis product. ? Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, nurturing, converting, and onboarding clients.

? Develop targeted sales strategies for BFSI institutions including banks, NBFCs, and digital lenders in India.

? Cultivate strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor on fintech solutions.

? Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams to refine product-market fit based on customer inputs.

? Monitor industry trends, compliance, and competitive landscape to maintain market edge.

? Negotiate contracts, close deals, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications:

? 5-8 years experience in fintech sales, banking SaaS, or digital lending solutions.

? Proven track record managing and coaching sales teams to exceed targets.

? Demonstrated experience selling Financial Analysis products or related financial technology solutions.

? Strong knowledge of the Indian financial services market and lending workflows.

? Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

? Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines; MBA preferred.
