Qualification: 7+ years of B2B / SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise sales. Experience in selling to residential communities, RWAs, or real estate sectors is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. Proficiency in spoken Tamil is preferred. Expertise in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with travel. Responsibilities: Seal the Deal- Own the entire sales cycle—from cold leads to loyal customers. Navigate complex deals, manage multiple stakeholders, and always be closing. Client Relationship Management- Speak the language of Management Committee members, decision-makers, and budget holders. Build trust, handle objections professionally, and position ADDA as the essential solution. Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis- Maintain a structured sales pipeline, accurately predict revenue, and consistently meet targets. Analyse market trends and stay ahead of the competition. Collaboration and Customer Insights- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive value-driven sales.
