Role & responsibilities 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. 2. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote our solar manufacturing solutions. 5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. 7. Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and business strategy. 8. Manage and develop a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure sales excellence.
