We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development to support sales initiatives and client acquisition efforts for Stellar Gymkhana Club. The role involves engaging with corporate clients, promoting club services, and contributing to the Club’s overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and support new business development activities for the Club. Promote Club memberships, events, banqueting, and allied services to prospective clients. Conduct client visits and follow-ups across Noida and Greater Noida. Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups and closures. Collaborate with the marketing team for on-ground activations and social media promotions. Ensure excellent client servicing and relationship management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry (sales or client servicing roles preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach. Must have own conveyance and be willing to travel locally for client visits. Preferred Attributes: Well-groomed, professional demeanor. Self-motivated and proactive in approach. Familiarity with the Greater Noida/Noida corporate ecosystem will be an advantage.
