Key Responsibilities
Sales & Guest Handling
Attend walk-in & call-in customers for wedding boxes and gifting solutions.
Understand customer needs, suggest the best options, and convert inquiries into sales.
Present samples, collections, and customization options professionally.
Build strong customer trust through polite and solution-oriented communication.
Order Management & Coordination
Prepare quotations, finalize orders, and record all details accurately.
Coordinate with production, packing, and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
Update customers regularly about order status and ensure complete satisfaction.
Manage inventory checks for packaging materials when required.
Communication & Follow-up
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp queries, and messages on time.
Follow up with customers for confirmations, changes, and approvals.
Maintain a smooth communication flow between customers and internal teams.
Documentation & Transaction Handling
Generate bills, tokens, and receipts as per company standards.
Ensure full accuracy in payments, advances, and balance settlements.
Maintain proper documentation of every order.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
