Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy, manage execution, and build customer relationships to achieve sales & revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the sports and fitness ecosystem.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cyclesfrom lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the brand at sports events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and brand recall.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in selling sportswear or sports equipment; strong network across gymkhanas, corporates, cricket associations, and sports coaches, cricket club, sports retailer / wholesaler.
