Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role involves driving sales of Fuji digital printing products, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have strong product knowledge of digital printing solutions and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell Fuji digital printing products to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in commercial printing, packaging, and industrial printing segments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Fuji digital printing solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales support and coordinate with technical teams for solution designing.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies based on market trends.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the service, pre-sales, and marketing teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain updated sales reports, pipelines, and documentation.
  • Participate in exhibitions, customer meets, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in digital printing equipment sales (Fuji or similar brands preferred).
  • Strong understanding of printers, digital presses, workflow solutions, and print applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical details and explain product benefits to customers.
  • Self-motivated with strong customer orientation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
