Sales Executive - Women's Apparel and Home Furnishings Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our exclusive range of products, including women's kurtis, designer fabrics, bedsheets, and other home textiles. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs in the retail/wholesale fashion and home goods space, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell the company's products (kurtis, bedsheets, fabrics, etc.) to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and directly to B2C customers (if applicable).
  • Market Research: Identify and target potential new customers and markets to expand our sales reach. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product demands.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and customers. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Efficiently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation to closing the deal and coordinating with the logistics/operations team for timely delivery.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of all product offerings, including fabric types, designs, sizing, and pricing structures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience (X+ years, specify as needed) as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or relevant role, preferably in the Textile, Fashion, Apparel, or Home Furnishings industry.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify language(s) required, e.g., English and Hindi].
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, while consistently achieving sales quotas.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (local, regional, or national) to meet clients and attend trade shows.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
