Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable railing product solutions.
Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, and project leads.
Support channel partners to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Handle pre-sales activities, sales follow-ups, and ensure timely payment collection.
Conduct product presentations and share technical details with customers.
Plan and execute promotional activities for brand visibility and lead generation.
Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify business opportunities.
Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Diploma holder (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering).
Minimum 3 years of experience in
Railing, Glass, Faade, uPVC, ACP, or Building Material industry
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Willing to travel across the assigned territory.
