Job Description / Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: Drive sales growth and market penetration for oil and lubrication products. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Product Management: Oversee the management and positioning of products within the market, ensuring competitive advantages. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and training to customers on oil and lubrication products, ensuring customer satisfaction. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and lubrication sector. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market data to optimize sales efforts. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and environmental regulations. Desired Profile of the Candidate: Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, product management, or business development within the oil & lubrication or automobile industry. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, customer relationship management, and driving sales. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
