Objective : To Generate Leads through meetings To convert Leads from various sources To expand client coverage area Getting repeat business from old clients as well as acquire new clients Key Activities Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other strategic sources to build a strong sales pipeline. Schedule and conduct daily meetings with prospective clients, both in-person and virtually, to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions. Consistently follow up on generated leads to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel. Present and promote products and services to both existing and prospective customers in a clear, persuasive manner. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Build strong rapport with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend the most suitable products and services. Develop key client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively to meet sales targets. Prepare accurate, complete, and compelling sales proposals and quotes for potential clients. Become an expert in your assigned market area, understand the competitive landscape, and stay updated on customer needs and industry trends. Collaborate with management to set aggressive sales goals, propose expansion plans, and develop strategies for growth Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in the industry or related field is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills in [specific languages, if applicable]. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, for report generation and presentations Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and data effectively Comfortable delivering presentations to clients, both in-person and virtually Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve company goals. Strong interpersonal skills with a confident yet respectful approach to communication. Professional and approachable demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients. Excellent ability to follow up on leads, inquiries, and unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions. Skilled in negotiating terms and dealing with complaints in a diplomatic manner. Persistent in achieving goals and targets, with a focus on results. Ability to manage customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude
