Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers through direct communication, addressing their queries, providing information, and establishing rapport in real-time. You will play a crucial role in lead generation by identifying customer needs, assessing their interest in products or services, and qualifying them as potential leads for further sales efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting products or services by highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions to create interest and persuade prospects to make a purchase. Building and nurturing relationships with customers through active listening and personalized recommendations will be key to establishing trust and credibility. Handling objections effectively by providing relevant information and offering solutions that demonstrate the value of the product or service will also be part of your role.
