IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd is a drone manufacturing company located at Gurgaon (www.iotechworld.com). We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive and the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing Company's Sales and Marketing for drones and its components. You will also collaborate with other business partners and internal teams to develop a marketing strategy and plan. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.


Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing,
  • 2+ years' of experience mainly ATL/BTL and Social Media Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for drone and its components (motors, propellers, pumps, PCBs, flight controllers, GPS/GNSS, etc.).
  • Identify new business opportunities in agriculture, defense, industrial and enterprise drone sectors.
  • Work with marketing teams on product promotions, exhibitions, dealer meets, and digital campaigns to boost drone & components sales.
  • Provide market feedback for new product development and feature upgrades.
  • Conduct market analysis to track competitor movement, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Ensure channel partners meet sales forecasts and brand standards.
  • Manage strategic relationships with drone manufacturers, integrators, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of components across OEM product lines.
  • Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Monitor inventory and Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams for timely delivery and customization requirements.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools,
  • Social Media Management: Handle Daily operations, Content Strategy, engagement & Performance tracking across platforms, Monitoring trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
  • Website & Content Strategy: Develop content briefs, analyze traffic, and optimize user experience. ;Develop marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).Presenting campaign proposals, strategies, and performance reports to Management
  • Digital Campaign & CRM handle: Plan and execute campaigns, email marketing, and CRM database management.
  • SEO & Paid ads: Identify keywords, optimize search ads, Meta and monitor ROI.
  • Effectively manage social media account, brand creation, must be excellent in content creation
  • Focus on Brand building activities and Corporate Communications
  • Develop third party partnerships
  • Collaborate with senior management and sales team leaders to develop marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
