Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring they remain satisfied. Sales Process Management: Understanding the sales process, managing it effectively, and ensuring smooth transitions. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets. Product Knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of the electronics products, their features, and benefits, and being able to explain them to customers. Customer Communication and Service: Engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Negotiation and Persuasion: Negotiating contracts and agreements, and effectively persuading customers to purchase products. Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Preparing accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams like marketing, product development, and customer service. CRM Usage: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
