Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing to promote and sell our range of religious products and spiritual services. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Indian traditions, pooja rituals, and devotional items, with the ability to connect with clients and build trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in temples, spiritual centers, retail outlets, and corporate gifting segments.
• Promote the company’s range of religious products (idols, pooja samagri, festive hampers, décor items) and services (pooja bookings, astrology, temple services).
• Coordinate for campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure timely order processing, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Promote in-house services such as pooja bookings, temple services, astrology consultations, etc.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the significance and use of items to potential customers.
• Manage inbound customer queries across platforms (store, calls, WhatsApp, or online).
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to help improve offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in retail sales or religious/spiritual products preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Hindu traditions, festivals, and pooja rituals is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Familiarity with IT tools.
• Willingness to travel.
