Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in business development and lead generation.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services, demonstrating the company's value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Identify references from new or existing clients to build credibility and trust.
  • Arrange to issue instructions regarding delivery and follow up for invoice realization and timely payments.
  • Maintain healthy relations with clients and handle complaints or concerns, escalating them to seniors when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a results-driven approach and commitment to achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in conducting background checks of potential customers, including checking R.O.C. website.
  • If the background check is satisfactory, arrange to prepare & submit quotation after checking with the stores/Purchase Department regarding availability or otherwise of the equipment.
  • Visit the client/potential client for follow-up and negotiation of vital terms; seek & obtain approval of supervisor/s if the order, if received, requires us to purchase the equipment.
  • Follow-up on the above for conversion to P.O.
