Role Summary
We are seeking a capable and mature Sales Manager/Exec to lead the overall operations
of our Commercial Real Estate Branch. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch’s revenue goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Experience: 1-3 years of overall experience
leadership role managing sales teams
● Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is Preferable
● Other industries can be looked at includes,
❖ Co-working / Managed Office Operators
❖ Corporate Facility Management Services
❖ Business Centers / Commercial Interior Solutions
❖ City Operations Heads from high-involvement services
Skills -
● Strong team leadership with hands-on, on-ground management style.
● Strong grip on CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews.
● Analytical problem solver with a bias for daily execution and process discipline.
● Effective communicator, negotiator, and closer.
Education: Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields
(preferred).
