Job Title : Senior Sales Engineer Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Mechatronics International. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to drive revenue growth in the Warehouse Automation, Machine Automation, and Plant Automation sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies, including IoT integration, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the needs of clients in industries such as Automotive, Logistics, and Warehousing. Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals. Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for technical consultations and support. Understand client requirements to propose customized automation solutions. Technical Expertise and Solution Selling : Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation. Project Coordination : Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions. Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze market data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related role in automation. Strong knowledge of IoT, robotics, PLCs, and related automation technologies. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Preferred Skills : Experience working with customers in the Automotive, Logistics, or Warehousing sectors. Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software for technical discussions.
