Location: Mech Power, South Tower, One42, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join the Mech Power dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives by leveraging their professional expertise and knowledge to meet customer needs. This role involves travel across India to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and engage with them to get sales. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients through calls and emails to understand their needs and schedule meetings. Conduct in-depth service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Travel across India to conduct customer meetings, build relationships, and present Mech Power services, Products, and offerings, and understand their technical and commercial challenges. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls, online meetings, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the various internal teams to explain customer requirements and expectations that meet customer specifications and satisfaction. Provide technical and commercial consultation and support to customers before sales. Gather customer feedback and work with the various internal teams to enhance offerings and improve service delivery. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and transactions using the CRM system. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify new sales opportunities. Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, electronics Communication / Electrical / IT). Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in sales role. Strong understanding of CRM Software and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently all over India. Proficient in English, Hindi languages, Verbal Written Communication Skills. Years of Experience: 3-5 years Accountability: The Sr Sales Engineer is directly accountable to the Sales Team Leader. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. People Person, Time-Oriented, Negotiation skills, Handles customer relations Complaints Department: Sales Marketing Timings: 9 AM to 6:15 PM
