Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales/Sr. Sales/Technical Sales Engineer to join in dynamic sales team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to support our clients in understanding and implementing our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
* Identifying and developing new customers/applications.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with clients.
Solution Development:
* Generating new inquiries by frequent customer visits & product influence.
* Work with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Product Training:
* Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on product features, benefits, and applications.
Market Research:
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications/Competencies:
* Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical.
* Proven experience in a sales engineering role or a similar technical sales position.
* Strong understanding of [specific technologies, products, or services relevant to the company].
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in [relevant software/tools], if applicable.
(For Mumbai candidates, residence should be from Ghatkopar to CST or from Andheri to Churchgate.)
* Mandatory to have very good communication skills & presentation skills
Work Experience: Minimum 3+ years from Manufacturing / Passive Fire Protection Systems/ Fire Stop Solutions/building raw material/building management System Industry only.
