Senior Sales Engineer (CNC Machine Software)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the CNC machine software industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and appoint channel partners to expand business reach.
• Assist channel partners in closing deals and develop plans to increase market share.
• Create and implement a sales plan, working closely with the HO funnel team to expand the list of potential clients.
• Engage with users to ensure expansion, AMC, and renewals happen on time, while also gathering testimonials and leveraging Industrial associations and OEMS for lead generation.
• Monitor and report competitor activity.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with capital goods like CNC machine tools or CNC cutting tools.
• Possess good customer contacts at senior level (CEO and business owners).
• Demonstrate access to key decision-makers and influencers.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 solutions, shop floor technical terms, and user pain points is preferable.
• Good presentation skills are required.
• Ability to analyze sales data and suggest fresh sales strategies.
• Indicative age group: 30 - 35 years.
• Experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Industrial Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Tools Sales, CNC Sales, Machine Sales, Software Sales, and Walk-in.
