Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial Senior Sales Representatives to drive new business and expand customer relationships for our AI based SaaS platforms. As part of a fast-growing startup, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, building the pipeline, and driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about technology-driven problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the B2B SaaS product sales.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct product demos, client presentations, and solution pitches tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with customer feedback and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client success and retention.
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, preferably in a startup or growth-stage environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable in travelling to client’s locations for demos and relationship building.
