Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, shipment tracking, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of sales orders, inventory tracking, and retailer coordination while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Order & Shipment Processing: Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness. Track sales orders to ensure they are scheduled and dispatched on time. Prepare all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, waybills, and road permits. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock dispatch. Identify and cross-check picked orders before dispatch. Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and ensure optimal stock levels. Track stock GRN (Goods Receipt Note) on B2B portals. Resolve any stock-related issues with retail stores. Conduct stock audits, arrange defective product pickups, and prepare monthly audit reports. Retailer & Market Coordination: Send market visit plans to the sales team. Follow up on payments with retailers and ensure timely collections. Follow up on sales return orders on a monthly basis. Provide weekly shipment and delivery updates to regional staff. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily shipment tracking to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare weekly dispatch reports for goods deliveries. Assist in tracking delayed or missing shipments. Prepare performance incentive reports for Sales Assistant Employees (SAP) placed in PAN-India retail stores (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Just Watches, Just in Vogue). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination. Strong understanding of inventory management and sales operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with B2B portals. ERP Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
