Job Description

Serve as the dedicated commissions partner for select sales leaders and sales employees, providing world-class customer service as the "go-to" resource for all commission-related questions and deliverables Ensure timely and accurate calculations and recording of monthly commission payments and SPIFFs for sales incentive employees based on Sales Compensation plan provisions. Calculate and process monthly commission payments, both with an Excel-based commissions model as well as with the Sales Compensation System (Xactly Incent) Develop a deep understanding of sales compensation policy, systems (Xactly) and reporting tools to meet sales compensation SLAs and support your business partners. Implement sales compensation platform updates to reflect sales hierarchy, plan rules, rate tables, quotas, etc. in Xactly Collaborate with the People team, Sales Operations, and Payroll teams to process new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers within Xactly Incent in line with plan policies and procedures and required audit guidelines Distribute, track, and report on the status of Commission Plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness Perform audits to ensure data integrity between Xactly Incent and the commission plan documents Work with Revenue Operations and People Operations to resolve any Sales Compensation-related questions or issues Provide analytical support and ad-hoc research and analysis on other related variable pay projects as identified by management. Summarize findings and communicate recommendations to Sales Compensation manager. Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to business users and operations. Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other data/BI tools/platforms. This role requires Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics A minimum of 4 years of working experience in either sales compensation or accounting or finance Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation management software (e.g., Xactly, Callidus or similar tools). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Demonstrated ability managing and leading cross functional projects on time to completion. Comfortability with ambiguous problems, curiosity and willingness to ask questions, and ability to deliver results in a high-pressure fast-moving environment. Excellent problem-solving capabilities, extremely detailed oriented, well organized and above average analytical skills Strong knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts, sales data tracking processes, and methodologies. Excellent verbal, analytical, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with exemplary organizational skills. Must possess can do attitude.
