Senior Revenue Analyst

**Job Description:** As a Revenue Manager at our hotel(s), your role involves maintaining the transient rooms inventory and maximizing transient revenue. You will be responsible for releasing group rooms back into general inventory, ensuring clean booking windows for customers, and recommending pricing and positioning of cluster properties. Your oversight of the inventory management system will verify the appropriateness of agreed-upon selling strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data: - Compiling information, analyzing and monitoring actual sales against projected sales. - Identifying underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information. - Conducting sales strategy analysis and refining as appropriate. - Maintaining accurate reservation system information. - Analyzing period end and other available systems data to identify trends. - Generating updates on transient segment each period. - Executing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy: - Updating market knowledge and aligning strategies accordingly. - Achieving and exceeding goals including performance and budget goals. - Establishing long-range objectives and specifying strategies. - Leading efforts to coordinate strategies between group sales offices. - Providing revenue management expertise to cluster general managers and leadership teams. - Ensuring hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives. - Building Successful Relationships: - Developing and managing internal key stakeholder relationships. - Acting as a liaison between property and regional/corporate systems support. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; with 3 years of experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
