As a Senior Resident Onco Radiation at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will play a vital role in delivering expert care in radiation oncology. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering high-quality radiation oncology treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols. - Collaborating with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. - Developing and executing personalized treatment plans using advanced planning systems and imaging techniques. - Operating and managing linear accelerators and other radiotherapy equipment ensuring all protocols are observed. - Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment specifics and patient progress. - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and hospital-specific radiation safety guidelines and procedures. - Participating in continuous professional development and training to keep abreast of technological advancements. - Providing compassionate care and support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
