We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resident ENT to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients to diagnose ENT disorders. Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures related to ear, nose, and throat conditions. Manage outpatient and inpatient care for patients with ENT conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in ENT practices and treatments. Skills and Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. MD/MS in ENT or equivalent postgraduate degree. Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating ENT disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure. Familiarity with the latest ENT surgical techniques and technologies. Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety regulations.
