Senior Research Manager (Qualitative Research)

Your role will involve managing research projects from end to end, including working on various research instruments, moderation, analysis, report writing, and project management. You will also be responsible for supporting both regional and country projects/teams, thinking of and implementing new research techniques, collaborating with internal and external teams, negotiating costs with vendors, training junior team members, managing client relationships, and independently managing standardized and customized studies. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end management of research projects including various research instruments, moderation, analysis, report writing, and project management - Supporting regional and country projects/teams - Implementing new and innovative research techniques and methodologies - Collaborating with internal and external teams - Negotiating costs with vendors - Training and guiding junior team members - Managing client relationships and expectations - Independently managing standardized and customized studies Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred) - 6-8 years of experience in qualitative consumer research and brand strategy - Demonstrated record in conducting end-to-end research independently - Knowledge of advanced forms of qualitative data collection methodologies and techniques - Experience in moderating groups and conducting in-depth interviews - Proficiency in using technology platforms for online qualitative research - Curiosity, open-mindedness, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture - Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives from diverse data inputs If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.
