Ideal candidate should: have a passion to learn, ability to multi task and willingness to work in situation that will entail tight deadlines be comfortable to work in an unstructured environment and meritocratic culture have good understanding of financial securities, analysis and valuation methodologies. Also possessing superior report writing, communication and presentation skills. Education: (UG - B.B.A / B.M.S - Management) Preference to MBA Finance, (PG- Any Postgraduate) and Any degree Mandatory: Demonstrate strong knowledge of various security types Bonds,Equity, Fixed Income (Corporate Bonds, Government Bonds, ABS-MBS, and Structured Bonds etc.), Loans, Preferred Securities, ETFs, and Bond Pricing and Analytics. Understanding of Corporate Actions Operations related to financial instruments Fixed income securities Equities Mortgage Back Security Asset Back Security Loans Money market instruments ETFs Researching coverage for specific companies and sectors Setting up new securities and updating the existing database on an ongoing basis to incorporate any change in issuer/ name/ ticker changes Flexible to work in the desired shift timings (between 0700hrs till 2300hrs) Flexible and able to meet the changing demands of the business and projects Good team working and communication skills required, with the ability to work alone Well versed with Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of MSSQL is strongly desired
