Job Description

As a Reliability Rotating Engineer at the Global Capability Centre (GCC), you will play a crucial role as a subject matter expert in rotating equipment reliability. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing maintenance and reliability strategies for various rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, pumps, motors, etc. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing advanced troubleshooting support, conducting asset criticality assessments, and analysing vibration data to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for rotating equipment, including compressors, turbines, pumps, and motors. - Provide advanced troubleshooting support for rotating machinery, conduct asset criticality assessments, and perform analysis such as RCFA, Weibull analysis, fault tree analysis, RAM/LCCA studies. - Analyse vibration data for machines, review analysis reports, and provide effective solutions. - Lead equipment strategy development based on fleet and RCM principles. - Develop predictive and digital solutions like digital twins, reliability models, and data analytics dashboards. - Support new projects to embed reliability and maintainability from the design phase. - Monitor asset performance metrics such as OEE, utilization, and remaining useful life to recommend improvements. - Collaborate with site teams to standardize reliability practices and deliver innovative reliability programs. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in reliability engineering for rotating equipment within industries like oil & gas, petrochemicals, or heavy industries. - Strong knowledge of lifecycle asset management, risk assessment, RCM, FRACAS, RCFA, LCCA. - Hands-on experience with centrifugal compressors, turbines, pumps, reciprocating engines, motors, and generators. - Experience in condition monitoring and system-1 vibration analysis, with preference for Cat-II certification. - Familiarity with digital reliability tools, predictive analytics, and asset monitoring systems such as Aveva PI. - CMRP certification is preferred. Skills: - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams. - Strong organizational and adaptability skills. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.,
