Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time, on-site position of Relationship Manager, based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored loan solutions from our wide range of financial products. Daily responsibilities include client interaction, loan and credit card advisory, preparing financial proposals, and coordinating with banking partners to ensure seamless loan disbursement. The role also involves achieving business targets and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to connect effectively with clients and banking partners.
• Knowledge of financial products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
• Basic proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and preparing proposals.
• Ability to meet targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
