Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional service standards for clients. Daily responsibilities include fostering partnerships, generating business growth, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to business development strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet customer needs will also be a key component of the role.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management, client engagement, and communication skills
Experience in business development, sales strategies, and achieving targets
Proficiency in market analysis, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions
Ability to address customer concerns, create solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction
Familiarity with the general insurance industry or financial services sector is advantageous
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Additional certifications relevant to insurance or sales would be a plus
